Born in Iran and raised in both Iran and the U.S. and recently living in Europe, Sasha's music reflects a mix of a variety of cultural influences along with live music performances incorporating guitar, flute, and vocals.
In 2023, Sasha was voted the #1 DJ at Europe’s most sold-out event of the year, the Prague Zouk Marathon, May edition. Among nominees were other top DJs such as DJs Kakah, Kron, Viking, HushZ, and others.
Sasha has been trained in Flamenco and Classical guitar from age 13, and soon led a band, playing across the city. In college, in Atlanta, he gained experience as a DJ, playing various “Top Hits” music styles. By 2015, Sasha combined his love for guitar, DJing, and dancing into music production, traveling across the U.S. to learn from skilled producers.
He began DJing Zouk in 2016 and since then he has performed at majority of the Zouk festivals across North America and Europe. Besides his musical career, Sasha is a professional mental health practitioner, an engineer, and a tech entrepreneur.
During the pandemic, he founded a company that uses AI to provide psychotherapy to those who cannot afford or access traditional services. Similarly, Sasha aims to help people explore and celebrate different aspects of their personalities through his music, which blends various genres to help listeners express their emotions.
