Laughter Yoga is a playful and fun way to tap into our natural state of joy. When life gets tough - turn to laughter! This is an excellent tool to turn frowns upside down, yet, more importantly, to tap into real states of gratitude and higher vibrations.
This workshop you will experience heart opening laughter games, mindset practices, and cathartically moving through emotions so that you can experience expansion, lightness, and the magnetic gratitude that turns life into paradise.


🌶️ Mild: The workshop does not invite sensuality or sexuality. There will be no facilitator invitations to cuddle or share moving touch, plus no welcoming or invoking of sexual energy. Any partner dancing that occurs will default to or center open position.

Flirting is a natural human expression of playful connection, but the usual definition of flirting as just a sxxual thang limits our ability to engage with people authentically. Asking permission to flirt can seem daunting, but playful, consensual connection can be a game changer that removes the worry and struggle that our intentions will be misunderstood or that our no won't be honored. Speed-Flirting is a rambunctious, workshop/social event for folks of all ages designed to help us upgrade our skills and reconnect to our sense of play and connection. Sensual massage is the use of hands and body to stimulate the sense of touch and a way to simultaneously relax and excite both partners. Benefits of sensual massage include deeper connection, more intense sexual arousal and enhanced lovemaking. It can also be a powerful tool for building trust and overcoming fear of intimacy.

No massage experience is necessary!
This class is great for people who wish they knew massage -and- those who do know it but would like an easy way to incorporate it into their sensual lives.
We will start the workshop with guided communication games so everyone gets to know each other and there are no strangers in the room.
This will be followed by teachings and practices around weaving together movement, breath, sound, and intention to be “more in your body” and present and share conscious touch.
