In this engaging and supportive class, you will learn the fundamentals of chair dance as a form of self-expression and empowerment. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, our experienced instructors will guide you through a journey of movement, rhythm, and sensuality.
