Interfusion Festival X (IFX)

Welcome to the world of AcroYoga, where we are all powerful enough to base, nimble enough to fly, and trustworthy enough to spot! This intro level class will cover some of the basic poses as well as dive into the AcroYoga philosophy. Come ready to challenge your boundaries and assumptions about what we all are able to do. Enthusiastic consent is as important a concept as physical safety and the mechanics of the movements.
Class Level: Beginner
Class Prerequisites: Willingness to try new things and respect each other’s boundaries.
