Whether you’re curious about self-defense or interested in personal growth, this session will guide you through essential techniques to control and neutralize threats effectively.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to achieve and maintain dominant positions to subdue an opponent, as well as practical escapes and defenses from disadvantaged situations.
