Do you seek to up-level your conscious relating skills with your Beloved or Intimate Partner(s)? Do you desire to be more deeply known, seen and fully gotten by your partner but struggle to have the tools to navigate more high conflict situations in your relationship? In this educational and experiential workshop you will have an opportunity to explore key components of secure self and relational attachment and ways you can shift from conflict to deep connection through a series of relational mindfulness practices.




🌶️ 🌶️ Medium: The workshop invites sensuality, moving touch, cuddles, or extended close physical contact with others, but does NOT invite sexuality or nudity.
