Interfusion Festival X (IFX)

Do you wanna keep your friends safe?? Do you wanna toss higher and more confidently?? Do YOU want to BE THE SAFETY?!? Well then THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!! In this spotting workshop we will go through the foundations of what makes spotting so effective and allows our entire practice to exist!! From tumbling to tossing we will go through it all and keep everyone safe while doing it!! Even though this is an ALL LEVELS offering you can expect to do challenging moves and big skills where spotting is NEEDED!!
 
Level: All (but we will do big skills still!!)
Pre-reqs: Open mind, keen eyes, fast hands and a willingness to work in groups!!
