We are here at this festival because we are grovers and movers, lovers of play, and folks that like to boogie on the dance floor!! And, learning new movement patterns floods the brain with dopamine- the brain’s reward, satisfaction, and pleasure hormone. It’s why we like it so much!
In this playshop, we will discover other ways to increase happiness and well-being by stimulating neurogenesis (the birth of new brain cells) and neuroplasticity (the birth of new neural pathways).
