In this engaging and supportive class, you will learn the fundamentals of chair dance as a form of self-expression and empowerment. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, our experienced instructors will guide you through a journey of movement, rhythm, and sensuality.

This class is open to individuals of all dance levels and backgrounds who are eager to explore the fusion of dance, sensuality, and empowerment. Whether you want to build confidence, enhance your self-expression, or simply have fun while dancing, this class is the perfect fit.

Let’s tap into having fun and feeling good by practicing a unique spin on contemporary belly dance. We’ll play with combinations which fuse modern urban styles found in hip hop, retro funk styles such as locking, and the timeless art of raqs sharqi. Let’s build coordination, work on isolating movements, and expand our dance styles with fun travel steps. This workshop will be high energy, prepare to sweat and have fun.

In this class, we will explore styling options to add flair to your dancing, from footwork variations to arm styling. We'll work on refining techniques to make your movements smooth and polished. Plus we'll introduce a variety of patterns and variations to expand your repertoire. From simple combinations to more complex sequences, you'll have plenty of moves to keep your dancing fresh and exciting. Let's level up your West Coast Swing! By the end of the class, you'll leave with a newfound appreciation for this captivating dance style and a set of skills that will set you on the path to becoming a confident West Coast Swing dancer.
